Second and last meal of the day. Got really sick yesterday after eating both of my meals. I think it’s the dairy so today I didn’t consume any at all. We’ll see how it goes.

I got good results by excluding dairy, so I stick to it. Still gets me when I go to the supermarked now. See Dairy section... and my mind says... ahhh, don't have to go there anymore. With dairy I ate too much, noticed rapid plaque build up on my teeth, and my joints got worse. No need to try dairy again. Gone for good. For calcium, a sardin can will do occasionally.

I am mildly loactose intolerant. Drinking milk gives me terrible gut wrenching pain and other gastrointestinal issues. But butter, cheese, sour cream, yogurt have always been fine. Since I’ve been Keto I usually only consume 1 TBS butter, 1 TBS cream and 1 oz of cheese a day and have been fine, until the day before I ate the same amount of dairy in my 1st meal and had gut wrenching pain. The next meal was the same pain but lasted for 3 hours and hurt even when I drank water. Very weird. I felt fine all day yesterday without dairy. I’m going to eat dairy again tomorrow and see if I have pain :(

Good choice! Milk pulls calcium out of your body anyway. It's acidic and the calcium bonds to it to neutralize it and is flushed out of the body. Anyway, if you happen to be looking for something to replace milk in recipes, you could try plant milks like almond, soy, rice, cashew, hazelnut etc ☺

do you get the same stomach pains when you eat non dairy, I did not know what you ate for your 2nd meal that hurt for 3 hours. if it was something else besides dairy I think I would be getting it checked out. If it is the dairy then I would stop using all three products for a week, then try one at a time to see if it is one or definitely all three
