I support your eating so healthy and working out - especially when college offers so many competing demands and temptatons!!! But i gotta be honest here, from one doughnut lover to another: you are absolutely beautiful as you are right now. You won't believe me, and neither would i have at your age. Practice loving yourself now, and into the future. Just telling you what i wish i understood earlier! You are making great choices, keep going!

Girl, you look great! If I could go back to my college days and be more confident in myself back then I would. I wish I were as “fat” as I thought I was back then!!! Lol now at 26 after having a child, I am much more grateful for every day I peel a little more fat off of my mombod and add more muscle to it! You have pretty legs that other women would kill for! Good luck in school and your health endeavors!

You don't look like you need to lose a thing. It's always good to eat more healthily but as far as a weight loss diet is concerned, i don't see where you need it.

Back against the wall, legs bend down and up very slowly till the muscles scream. Once a week. Some small protein meals to help mend the muscles. This may be enough. You look healrhy.

OMG thank you so much for your support!!! I still have issues with my self-image and confidence, I’m always throwing body-shaming gaze to myself, but I’ll try to get over it.
