My first weigh in, and first day of exercise since my accident of April 12. I have lost five pounds, or should I say I exchanged a lot of muscle for fat. At five pounds down my pants are a lot tighter. I started today with my first WO at 30% of my max to find out where I am in terms of recuperation. All but a weird electrical snap sensation in my lower mid back when performing unweighted squats. I'm doing better than expected. Here will be some before pics as I restart this journey, and in 8-10 weeks I'll do some comparative pics, as long as all goes well.

So glad to hear you're back to working out! I think we could all tell just how much not being able to was bringing you down, and it's nice to see you feeling good about how you're doing and the road ahead. :)

I bet it feels great to be back at it, even if it's a slow and easy start. Good idea to take pics and track your progress. You'll be doing great in no time, I'd bet on that 😀

Glad you are healed enough to get back to working out. You will build back up quickly.
