Me too! Between August 16 and April 17 I lost nearly 3 stone (too good to last!) and over the past year have regained 2 stone. So I am with you, starting over again and have clothes that fitted me last year that are now too small. WE CAN DO THIS !!!! Good Luck to you Jocko!
