Yay for small victories! I have not exercised at all because I am recovering from a strained back muscle. It is difficult enough just to walk.

So I have been able to lose a bit by cutting back my usual intake amounts and types.

I started the shake meal replacement (Atkins which I love) and of course, cutting out some bad food (rice and donuts) and bad habits (eating lots of dessert).

Onward!
515.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
