I am five pounds under the weight I want to be but when I go to the Doctor I have my cloths on so when I step on the scale I am just were I want to be.

I will never weigh 300+ again. It is a hard world out there when you are heavy. I can remember always having to go with someone when I went out shopping because I never want any one to say look at that poor fat girl she has no friends. Even when I know that was not the truth.

I am so glad that I had the stomach stapling done twenty five years ago and I would tell anyone to go with the surgery. I weigh myself every day in the am and in the pm just to make sure that I have not gained. But guess what I put on thirty pound and i had to do something about it. So I tried this program out and guess what it worked.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you one and all. When people that have been thin all there life will never know what hell we go though. Being over weight and trying to loss is just like a smoker or someone that drinks. It is a hard road to go down. It is a road that we fight for to come out the victorious.
