Yesterday, I did a session of NET (neuro emotional technique) and moved grief and other negative emotions out of my body. I'm so much better now. I'm grateful to be happy and at peace again. Tonight is sitting in front of a cracking fire watching a sappy Christmas movie.

Interesting, Jill. I've not heard of this technique before. I've done Faster EFT style of tapping....is this similar?

Lovable, NET is different from EFT. Both are great. I seem to get deeper results with NET. It helps to have a really good practitioner to guide you for the NET.
