Up a bit after two days of somewhat heavy eating. I have set myself at 1800 although fatsecret had me at 2500 so I dropped it myself. I set 1800 but I try to stay below that. Averaging about 1400-1500 a day and that seems to be working. I did have two great workout days so I'm not sure why I'm show a gain. Muscle perhaps? Water maybe? Anyway not going to get down except onstage baby! Gigging tonight so that will be today's workout!

Stay positive, that is the key thing so we can continue on our journey. Keeping an average calorie intake is important. Watch out for those white carbs, added sugars, and too much sodium intake as this is going to hold onto water.
