wholefoodnut's Journal, 26 December 2014

Hope a good Christmas, Hanukah, or winter solstice for everyone. We are off and running to a new year with new goals and new experiences.

My goals continue, eating healthy whole foods, experiment with new foods and recipes, exercise to tone my body and weight/resistance training to strengthen my bones. More goals not weight of exercise related but mentally. Continue working on my house to make it the way I want it to be, strengthen and have great relationships with my family, be a better friend, and get involved in more activities.

FYI. My great granddaughter went home from the hospital today. Hoping she will be at my house next Saturday to meet her cousins.

Going to bed early tonight, not much sleep the last few nights. Back to planning and tracking after today.

Love your attitude and foresight for 2015. You are in visioning your goals and it will make it easier for you to achieve your weight goal before you realize it.

Butterfly, I don't do new years resolutions they are gone in a week.:)):)) I figure it's a good time to look back on the year past. Shake off the negative and get the mind set for positive strides in the coming year. I'm actually at my goal weight, almost a 2 year incredible journey. It's the body that still needs strengthening and stamina built up (pneumonia times 3 last year set me back on that). Need to stay on my plan to maintain as no way do I want to gain the weight back. The too big clothes are slowly being purged and off to the salvation army.
