Still fighting the bug, but back to the gym and feeling really good about my workouts. Can't wait for a little downtime this long weekend and next!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks, CR. I'm not sure what's amazing about remaining the same weight for 8 weeks, but I guess since I survived Halloween and Thanksgiving intact with no gain, I'll call that a win. You're the one who is amazing. If I went through what you did, I'd be the biggest baby on the planet!

The amazing thing is that you didn't gain. That in itself to me is mind boggling. Be proud.

It;s hard not to compare ourselves to how were we, even a short year ago. Last year at this time, I still had about 85 pounds to lose, and I lose 8 pounds a month in Oct, Nov and Dec. Talk about determination! Of course, when there's more to lose, it's absolutely easier, no question there, and I know I'm not hauling all that around anymore, which means fewer calories burned. So I will accept status quo this year, and with January, I hope to see things turn down again.
