Glen, I believe that my one reason for success is my family. My daughter, my husband, and my parents. I want to be there for my daughter when she gets older. I want to show her the right way to try to be healthy. I don't want her to be at my age and trying to lose as much weight as I am trying to lose. I want to grow old with my husband and try to spend as much time as possible on this earth with him. My mom took care of my grandparents till the very end. I want to be able to take care of them when they will need me the most. Every time I feel like giving up I think about my family, and I dig down and keep on trucking.

Nice job Letty! That is truly an accomplishment. Keep pushing it! I'm new to the website so I'm not sure if I can see your meal plan, but I'd be interested to see what your food plan consists of (i.e. Fat/Pro/Carb %'s). Happy holidays!

I just try to watch what I eat. I looked up how much fat/protein/carbs/sugar/sodium/fiber and whatnot, we need every day and then I try to stay within those numbers. Try to stay under the bad stuff and make sure I get enough of the good stuff.
