I must have had something really salty on Monday because I'm back to where I started. Now comes Thanksgiving. Good luck everyone. Enjoy a little bit of everything but don't over indulge. That's the secret (I think).

The secret is knowing that God can give you the STRENGTH you need to stay committed to Him. Wrong food choices would only set me back when I could be way far ahead. I always plan to eat right. That's my commitment to the Lord for always helping me.
