I keep reminding myself that this journey is for my health, not just losing weight. I'll eat healthy, doing exercise all my life because I love doing it. This is not just about losing weight, it's about live healthy...tq.

Yup, that's the only way to get off the diet yo-yo train. You can never go back to the way you used to eat. Once you get to the realization and commit, it gets easier (although weight loss is HARD).

tq suzi,it sooo hard to ignore my favorite oily food...huhu..I know oily stuff is not good..I'll give 100% commitment through this journey.
