Just put all the ingredients for beef stew in the crock pot. It will be ready when I get home at 7. Should be good. I will not eat the potatoes but everything else should be fine.

Why not the potatoes? Are you on lchf? I love potatoes and plan around them often. So many good nutrients in them. This is why I couldn't follow a diet like that. I want to be able to choose what I eat. Hope the stew is good. It's the weather for it.
