ok so i have been wondering why i'm bouncing around this weight. i know i should be diong more exercise and cut the carbs down a little but previously this hasnt made such a big difference as now. Then it hit me. i got bored of just water so i turned onto soda. i've been goodish and chosen a zero one so no sugar or calories but today when we went to return the bottles and cans (we get pant here a sort of pay and return scheme) and saw how much i have actually gone through in such a short amount of time it was incredible.
Now taking inenough fluids is important i know however, maybe this is the reason i cant seem to push myself back into loss mode. To test the theory i'm not going to buy anymore and whats left in the fridge the hubby can drink lets see what happens...whatch this space..........

If you're stalled on losing weight, and you've cut out the simple sugars (Soda), try increase fat calories significantly for a couple of weeks, this should get things moving again.

Sodas, even diet sodas, are full of sodium! The sodium in sodas makes you more thirsty so you will drink more sodas. Soda manufacturers want you to be thirsty and buy more sodas.

Good for you on your plan to stop drinking soda! My plan was to limit the diet soda to one can a day and I did that for about a year. This year in January, I finally stopped drinking soda. I'm so glad that I did it.
