60,3 kg!
That means 300 grams to go until for the first time in about 6 years the first digit will be a 5!
I have had this moment 3 times in the last half year(60,5kg..).. Everytime I gave in the very next day and had a 100g bar of chocolate- at least. As if my body or rather my mind wouldn't want me to seee a fiftynine kg..
This time I will actually go beyond the 60,3kg!
Within this week I will have my special moment, seeing a 5 on those scales!

Though I usually don't care about the weight, this still is something important and special to me. (Since for the past 6 years I was thinking: damnit, I shouldn't be weighing 66 or 64, I wished there was a 59) And I will scream! And jump! Yeah! Thinking of the moment stabilises me in not wanting chocolate! =)

ok... this must have something to do with an other. I do love chocolate, but it seems, that I always have more after seeing that I lost weight. 2 yoghurts, 150g of chocolate, pizza, 100g of biscuits.. Sarah!! Why?? I fekt sick after having all that shit but I couldn't stop myself. I don't even have a diet. I eat what I want, so why do I have cravings everytime when I see that I am close to my goal??? How ever. No chocolate today than. And I ran 11,5k this morning, so I am rid of most again.

See what Tim Noakes says about this. He's a long distance runner and a doctor. Google him. He can explain why and how to fix it.

I find that I do that too! On the day of a great weigh in i tend to eat heaps of rubbish and then feel terrible because it takes days to get back to that weight! It's like sabotaging myself! Lets stop rewarding ourselves with food and try to aim for an even better weight next weigh in! Good luck with your 59kg!

Exactly!! Now I have a friend with whom I have decided, to do a chocolate free weigh in day together. It helps. When I weigh myself and have lost weight, I let her know, and we both are motivated to not eat chocolate that day. Good trick and it worked so far! :) Thank you very much! I have reached it finally! =)
