Are you nuts??? Look at that chart?? You are doing AMAZING!!! So it slowed a little. Dig those heals in and keep going. Go on Pinterest.com and type in fitness motivation or inspiration. Read the quotes. Get out there and get moving. You got this!!!! What's the use....don't make me come over there....lol

Hoosier, you have lost a lot of weight and it is going to take your body time to get use to the new weight. While the scale isn't moving, how are your clothes feeling on you? Are they looser? If you take off 3-4 pounds per month, you are still ahead of the game. Now that you are coming close to your goal, things are going to slow down. Enjoy where you are at, celebrate your achievement up until this point. Once you stop stressing over numbers, the body will let go. No one said the road was going to be easy. Hold on to endurance right now. Keep doing what you have been doing, and it will change. Maybe not in your timeframe, but it will. Be proud of yourself for what you have already accomplish. Hugs!

When I look at your weight loss history to present day I am in awe. One BIG point for not giving up is not losing all that hard work you have put forth. That’s your time and discipline on that chart. A second point is that I really believe Suzi161 would find you. That was one inspiring pep talk and it has me motivated. Be proud and keep moving towards your goal. And thanks for sharing your struggle this is not easy and you are not alone. :)

I think that it is my bipolar working against me.... been kind of down in the last couple of weeks.. and I just can not get out of it.. getting to the 300 lb marker three times in the last three weeks.. does not help matter either.. you know?

I agree it is discouraging to not see the scale move! ESPECIALLY if you've been eating right. Alas...this is a journey and you've got to make it through this valley. Ride it out. The sun is coming. Hard to wait for it...but it's coming. So...what are three positive things about your week? BTW...you're incredible. You just started in April and lost a ton of weight.
