A little frustrated since this is day 3 with no loss, but I guess I should be happy since now that I see what I weighed last week, that is almost 3 pounds lost. Yeah!!!! I guess it is a good thing that I am keeping track of my weight myself.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

It's normal. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even notice. You can wake up tomorrow, 3 pounds lighter. Our bodies work in weird ways.
