I am very proud of myself. I ran 10 minutes and walked 17 minutes. I know it isn't much but since getting released to start exercising I don't want to push it. All in all I am proud of what little I accomplished. I know I'll be sore tomorrow tho. Wish me the best as I start this journey to healthy life and that I don't die from pushing myself too much. Lol

THAT IS SOOOO GOOD...BE PROUD OF YOURSELF...TRY TO DO ALIL EVERYDAY AND STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER SO U WONT HURT THE NEXT MORNING...MAke it a daily routine if u can

Thank you ed bo. I am definitely feeling it this morning and was thinking it was because I didn't stretch. Tonight I will stretch before doing some more of the running/walking and doing a little strength training.

I have to start each day pretty much with epsom salt baths. 🤷🏻‍♀️So take the stretches slow and easy, stop with sharp pain and work those muscles into warmth. It feels good to get them moving! 🙋🏻
