been hitting the gym or doing some activity every day and I'm really sore so I know my body is probably inflamed and working on repairing itself. I havent taken a day off in two weeks from excercising, so Sunday I HAVE to make myself so my body has time to repair.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
