Good morning buddies,
It's another chilly, sunny day here, so will work in the veggie garden for a while this morning.
I've got the nutri-bullet out to make my lunchtime smoothie of kale, blueberries, and an apple. I plan to have one for breakfast every day next week.
Today's workouts will be cardio, kickboxing and possibly Barre.
