Being Realistic...

What does this mean?
Right now, it means I have to accept the fact that there is a long road ahead of me. I have a minimum 100 pounds to lose. 148 pounds to get back to where I was when I quit smoking. Quitting smoking is just a marker, not the entire reason I gained so much weight. I gained the weight cause I ate too much. I got lazy.



Todays Weight - 278
Current Goal Weight - 130 pounds

148 pounds to lose.
2 years and 10 months to lose the weight, at a rate of 1 pound per week.

Plotted Milestones -
Times may.. WILL ... vary..

5% Body weight Loss - 13.9 pounds - 264 weight
December 30, 2016

25 Pound loss - 253 weight
March 17, 2017

10% Body Weight Loss - 27.8 pounds - 250 weight
April 7, 2017

50 pound loss - 228 weight
September 25, 2017

25% Body Weight Loss - 69.5 pounds - 208 weight
January 26, 2018

100 Pound Loss - 178 Weight
September 25, 2018

50% Weight Loss at 139 pounds if I continue.

July, 2019
130 weight



178 is a decent spot to be.
If I make it to 130 - I would have passed 139, which would be 50% of my total starting weight.

My body is now my focus.
My health is now my focus.

I consider how long ago 1999 was. Thinking it was going to be the biggest party of our lifetimes to hit the year 2000. Then 2005 came. Then 2010.

2 years.. 10 months..

That's the anticipated time this journey will take.. with one pound per week weight loss...

It'll pass by in the blink of an eye...
