Didn't eat much. Probably extra inflammation from my workout. This weekend is a relaxing rest weekend so we'll see if this goes down when the muscle soreness goes away.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
