Hi Everyone! Day 1 down of Keto diet... this isn't going to be easy.

Have you done it with the re-feed day? Trying to figure that out.

Not at first... But it gets way easier... And the results are worth it!

I wouldn’t suggest a re-feed day...at least not at first and if you want to officially be in ketosis. Eating too many carbs will kick you out of ketosis from what I understand. It does get easier... you will enjoy success and feel good so you’ll want to keep going! Good luck!

Change of any sort is never easy. You've taken the first step forward now do your very best to take another.. then another... then another for as long as it takes to get to where you want to be. Strive to stick to your plan, but don't be straight jacketed by it. Focus on the over all concepts above the day to day details. You can do it!

If it's easy you'll feel bored.

It will get easier. Counting / avoiding carbs will become automatic, and especially at first, the keto WOE is very filling so you will eat less. But - be sure to get enough salt, to avoid headaches, dizziness and constipation.
