I took Chattums' advice and made my own Atkins bar food since the battle still goes!!! I just wish people would get their facts straight and figure out the WHY there are only 3 nc. I hate insolent people!!!! Calling the hotline isn't good enough I guess, Susie!! There are people on here who apparently know more than the actual Atkins reps!! Ha!

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 April 2010:

I like the facts too Sheana, I am a detailed person to say the least; I think marketing has a lot to do with the Atkins NC count advertizing. To be safe, I'm gonna count the bars and shakes as they actually read: TC-Fiber= NC which would basically leave a high carb count for one bar/shake... That's a drag, 'cuz those are really pretty good AND I have a whole pantry full of them... At least they are less carbs than a regular candy bar, or a glass of chocolate milk...............I think!?
