Started April 30 with <1200 cal. goal, full ketogenic, 70% fat, mostly mono-unsaturated, <10% carb, none refined, and 20% protein.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
