I've been trying the Ideal Protein diet the past 5 weeks. My high was 152 in January so I have lost 6 lbs. It made me very constipated so I have stopped.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
