My ups are that I take walks downtown on nice days, so once a week right now if I'm lucky. Another up, my son keeps me active chasing after him and picking him up a lot during the day. Cleaning the house about 2-3 times a week (dishes, vacuum, dusting). Take the dog outside for his bathroom break (not around the block), just up and down in front of the house.
My downs are I sit a lot of my day on the couch watching tv and movies mostly during my son's naps, but occasionally during his activity time as well. I sit on the couch playing on computer as well (farmville).
I would like to minimize couch, tv, movies and computer time and become a little more active in my day. My son does keep me active, but there has to be a limit to how much time I am putting into lazy time and spend more time being active.
