I actually didnt weigh 170pds like I thought when I started this program. I weighed 206 pds. I didnt realize this until I got on the scale. It definately brought me to reality on how bad my weight has got. I am focused and ready to lose this weight and have been for the past couple monthes. Ive only lost 10 pds since I started going to the gym.
