So keeping my sodium under 1500 mg a day is going to be really hard. I like soup, and soup has a lot of sodium in it. However, I've been really nervous this week that I wasn't going to lose much because I'm on my period, and I get so bloated, ad you retain so much water, but I feel like I've done well! I had to weigh myself three or four times this morning to make sure the scale wasn't lying! I'm excited. (:
151.2 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I make my own soup and use spices, good veggies, and beans as opposed to salt for flavor. It works well once you're used to it!

Good job controling the sodium during your period - the rest of the time you can go to 2500 or so on sodium and still be in the healthy range. Drink 75 ounces of water daily and you will be at your goal before you know it!
