Headed to the Renaissance Festival today, who hoo! Going to try and be somewhat careful but also planning on splurging a bit. Will try to remember everything I eat so I can record it tonight and see just how bad I am today. :-) ate a good, protein and complex carbs breakfast and will have a healthy, filling snack before we head out so hopefully, this will help minimize the damage.
