Does anyone have any experience on the hcg diet?

I know people who have done it, but it is not easy.

I did it, it helped me a lot. I went from 207 to 185. The diet you have to do while in HCG is hard, really hard, only 500 calories per day and is also very limited, but you get to see results every day. I know the max you can do it for is 40 days, if you commit yourself to it those 40 days could be life changing.

Hcg is an experience. I found it hilarious, because you can't eat. The whole process is berserk and there are side effects. It is crazy,but interesting specially if you are really into carbs.
