I’ve been on FODMAP for awhile. Still manage to get the bad food in. Life is complicated with this diet as well as not having a gall bladder. Definitely limits my eating. I’m not yet a rabbit 😂😂 I’m not supposed to count calories...main goal is to take out foods that irritate me! I’ve been hovering over the same weight as when I started. I will be walking my 10k steps so that should help with the weight!
