My focus has turned towards the true Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet (PKD) lately, which is even more strict than the current version of Carnivorous Diet.
As far as I know PKD, it is mostly Animal Fat, Moderate Protein, Zero Dairy, Zero Plants and some Organ Meat for Vitamins and Minerals. Big challenge for sure.
Based on that I do not know if it is right for me before I give it a try.
Otherwise, my first attempt on hernia healing with herbs failed. Will give it a second go, with new strategy.
Hope you all experience joyful improvements in health. Certainly can be a bumpy ride sometimes :)
