Tired of my weight bouncing around! I did 2 5-day fasts, and then I had to bake cc cookies and brownies for a fundraiser. Couldn't resist. Ended up eating a half gallon of ice cream over the weekend. Result: went from 174-189 in a week! This week I did 3 42-hour fasts. The water weight came off quickly! I'm 177 as of this morning, and will eat low carb this weekend and try another 3x42 next week. Frustrates me that I had finally gotten down to my 100 lb weight loss just before Christmas, and I'm still 12 lbs up from that. I'm hoping that fasting is going to help me learn to maintain. It's often easier to abstain than it is to moderate.
