7,30am coffee no sugar,at 10,30 i was very hungry, I ate a whole wheat bread with 4 slices of turkey and a coffee with milk and splenda, i drank about 1/4 gallon of water, one packet of plantain chips and now at home 704pm had a portion of salmon of about 4 or 5 ounces mixed with peas, carrots, onions and soy sauce.. no exercise today.. very hot outside..another 1/4 gallon of water.. I won't eat more tonight.. i want to stop eating any carb or fruit mondays and tuesdays.. that's easy for me specially now that I have stopped eating bread.
