Been cheating a lot. Staying at 176 for a while. Starting to be good today and on.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Deborah, I just posted some new weight results as when I set-up the diet I could not enter historical records. Also, I recently found that my results have improved by eliminating ice from my Visalus shakes, avoiding artificial sweeteners other than Stevia, and eating more alkaline foods. Watermelon, pink grapefruit, cucumbers & turkey have become staples for me...Watermelon I found is very high on the Alkaline food chart and low in calories...also very refreshing! Good luck and just a personal note...if you cheat for a day or two, do it well. I recently cheated for 3 days to take a trip with a friend, drank beer, ate burgers and steaks...gained 4 pounds back that week, but dropped them again in 2 days back on the protocol. GOOD LUCK! keep up the good work.

Oh, on another note, I had been taking too many HCG drops... went back to the amount the label on my Alivamax drops suggests. http://www.alivamax.com/hcg-di... I also have been reading 'the weight loss cure' by Kevin Trudeau and there are many tips in that book on how to enhance your results while on this protocol and it also reveals the true causes for weight gain and obesity. Eating organic, avoiding processed foods, avoiding carbonated and diet beverages and artificial sweeteners, avoiding MSG, limiting fluorescent lighting, drinking teas - are just a few of the things he mentions. A candida cleanse is also something that could be very helpful as the majority of the population suffers from it and does not realize it; this is usually what drives a persons cravings for sweets and processed high calorie foods.
