Every day this week I have been trying to walk 10k steps before bed. Some days I overachieve a little bit. Using my fitbit again has been helping me a lot. Hopefully I will continue to meet my goals. While I have a slight weight gain now, I hope changing my habits will give me the results I'm looking for.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
