any ideas of exercises I can do that can include my son?

Walking for sure! When mine were that age and I was exercising regularly at home I made up a little sling and did 'baby curls' and other lifts. Also did squats, and ab exercises while holding them

I would do crunches with baby next to me, pushup with baby between my arms and giving kisses on the down part.. The have baby and me yoga videos on YouTube you can do also.. I also tried working out during nap time. Didn't work out, but it might for you

omg so cute!!! i did a lot of walking and the bigger he got i would walk with the baby carrier on me instead of using the stroller because i figured carrying the extra weight in a sling was like how people put weights on their ankles and sometimes ones that go on your chest and stuff?
