Woooooo hoooooo! Weighed in under 200lbs for the first time in at least 2 years. This is so great!!!! I am so motivated to keep it going down. Under 190, here I come!!!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
