I had a better week this week. I am back to my regular routine.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was very active as well with my children but now that they r both grown I’m not running around for them or taking them on errands and I even stopped working to take care of my mom sooooo yes I know what ur saying when u gained as u get a lil older in life cuz in 50 + as well but WE CAN DO THIS AND IM RIGHT HERE WITH U SUPPORTING YOU CUZ WE CAN ACHIEVE WHAT WE SET OUR GOALS TO BE πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌYour doing GREAT !!!!!!!😁
