早餐:1份沙拉佐和風醬、1杯咖啡
午餐:0.5份沙拉佐凱撒醬(雖然圖中有三明治,我直接拿給店員)、1杯咖啡
晚餐:1份韓式豆腐鍋、1份泡菜、1份豆芽菜、1份醃蘿蔔絲、1份海帶
運動:健走(7.5公里/1小時)
心得:其實我這週瘦的也不少,總共2.6公斤,覺得還滿開心的。
而且目前都還滿喜歡這份新工作的,雖然有時挫折感很重
但學到不少新東西,覺得很充實,希望自己能撐下去。

Weight: 224.0 lb (-0.9)
Body fat: 29.7 (-0.3)
Water intake: 2800 ml
Breakfast: 1 serving salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 cup coffee
Lunch: 1 serving salad with a little bit of ceasar dressing (I didn't eat the sandwich); 1 cup coffee
Dinner: 1 serving korean style hot pot (without noodles, rice, and any forms of starch); 1 cup kimchi; 1 cup bean sprout; 1 cup pickled radish; 1 cup seaweed
Exercise: walk (4.7 miles/1 hour)
Journal: I've lost about 5.7 lb since last thursday,
and I feel a slight sense of achievement.
I'm also happy about my new job,
which frustrated me from time to time,
but offered me a great opportunity to learn something new and useful.
I feel enriched every day and hope I can keep the job.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@marshakanady, thank you so much. I feel very blessed and thankful. I believe the people here have changed me. I used to be irritable and highly impressionable but now I learn to get along with others and myself. I'm so much happier now With a Little Help from My Friends.

運動建議可以改成衝次跑20秒、快走40秒,重複做滿半小時,減脂效果會比單純快走1小時還來得有效!同時也較不像全程跑傷膝蓋。

@rubytzeng,真的很謝謝你的意見 我明天會仔細規劃的 @gulinlin,我完全不介意,我真的很認真在減肥 其實我平常吃外食,還是會一直注意營養標示 所以熱量什麼的,應該不會差太多。 只是我現在工作的地方,要那麼講究 最後就只能吃沙拉或小吃店了。 總之,我會加油,你也要繼續努力 我很喜歡和你們抬槓。 @青春痘,謝謝你 就是那道光(我小時候某個廣告的台詞) 哈哈,先睡了

You are picking it up, so be confident and serene. Smile at your success. Take a few minutes to fully enjoy it and pat yourself on the back! 🙋🏻Then get right back to your walks and devouring those hundred page manuals! LOL 💁🏻‍♀️Auntie knows you’ll do good! LOL

Just a reminder , while ruby offered you an Intermittent training of sprint , it's probably better for people body weight within normal ranges . Those overweight should focus on low impact cardiovascular training and core muscles .
