I am sure you already know this, but you have to go do something else...Go for a walk, phone a friend, write in a journal. And keep things you CAN eat around: pre-bagged veggies, high-protein nuts etc. Lemon and lime in very cold water really is refreshing. And try to find an online site where you can even join a contest. If you bet, even with yourself, you won't want to lose. You can vow to give to a charity on a week that you gain.
