Good afternoon to all and HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!! I truly feel like I am finally on the right track. With 162 LBS to lose I realize that I must decrease my RDI slowly to counter the intensity of my withdrawals. My RDI is 2,000 calories. My first major goal weight is 200 LBS. I am trying to keep my carbs under 150 and increase my fiber. I want so much more and am so much more than being overweight. I am fighting for my freedom from the grips of compulsive overeating and praying and hoping for us all. Be Encouraged.
