Well down 2 1/2 inches in my waist and chest. A 1/2 inch to an full inch in my arms and thighs. All water weight I"m sure because I just ran for 30 min, 10 min yoga flex stretch and 45 cardio party with Turbo Jam. Time to reward myself with another chapter of 50 shades of grey ;)
