Woke up this morning at 3am. I do not sleep very well anymore but awakening at 3am is ridiculous! So, at 3:20 I rolled out of bed and made a big cup of black coffee. At 4:30 I decided to go for a walk. I walked almost 3 miles. Then went to the park to do calisthenics. I have only lost 15lbs but that small amount has still benefitted me when doing anything. There is no way I could have walk 3 miles 2 months ago. So, baby steps folks, baby steps. A new me is coming so look out because I am going to be awesome!
