LSG417's Journal, 25 April 2018

I paid the price for my over indulgent meal last night! My stomach woke me up around 2 am. Felt like I was going to puke, but never did. My body just isn't used to that kind of eating...which is a good thing! Got to get back on track soon. Being out of town and on the run is not good for my health in any way, shape or form. I'm ready for life to be back to normal, whatever normal is.

It does the same thing to me. Once you cut out all the crappy carbs from your diet, your body really does change in more ways than appearance. My body has forgotten how to process that crap. Whenever I eat something as simple as bread, my digestive system revolts and is out of whack for a couple of days.

Happens to me too - my plumbing gets messed up after a binge. I did this on Sat and half day Sunday and I'm still paying the price. BTW Congrats on your GoldWing. How exciting!
