Never tried this combo before.
Chicken breast wrap with cottage cheese and seaweed.

Ooh.. was it nice.. I’m not sure about the texture/flavour combo

The texture was interesting because of the seaweed. The taste was great! I cooked the chicken bread with sea salt, onion powder and jerk chicken seasoning. To keep it moist I covered the pan and cooked it on low fire for about 20 min. (Remove from the fire just before the water from the chicken dries out)
