Reached my latest goal weight by pretty much adhering to a modified Keto plan. I waited to be at the same weight for two weeks before I logged it though. Just to play it safe. Setting new weight goal today.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
