Out of curiosity, I tallied my food for today to see what kind of numbers I'm hitting. This is my average intake, with homemade guac, fruit cup, cheese sticks, cottage cheese and almonds. I don't track daily anymore. My avg. cal deficit is approx 1700 :)

Yeah, not on purpose tho. I may have to make a conscious effort with that one 😉

Just be careful that you get more protein, otherwise your body will start breaking down muscle tissue
